Uploading Prescription
The test prescription or requisition is authorized to dispense a specific prescription drug for a specific patient. And combines patient registration information, billing information, specimen information, specimen labels and a provider order for confirmation of testing. The patient prescription or requisition should be completed by the Doctor, physician, health care professional or authorized staff and signed by the ordering provider.

Download the “BloodCellsKart Customer App” from “Google play store”

Click on “Sign up”

Enter the required details

Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number

You are successfully registered.

Steps To Be Followed:

Open “BloodCellsKart Customer App”

“Log in” with registered mobile number & OTP
-
Upload your doctor prescription on the APP.

Choose the patient's name, address, and date-time for a blood test.

Later Customer will get a call from BloodCellsKart.

Step followed by Admin

Admin will check Customer uploaded prescription and assign necessary blood tests.

Later phlebotomist will accept the blood test and collect it from Customer's home.

Steps followed by Vendor

Vendor will receive the blood sample from Phlebotomist and upload the report on the vendor panel.

Customers can view the uploaded report in the Customer APP report section.
